Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.-Melody Beattie

Friday Finds:

I am looking forward to Thanksgiving.

I am, from the bottom of my heart, grateful evermore for the family that I have and the time we will spend together.

We celebrate with little ones so I take every opportunity to make the Holidays, or any day if I can, as special as possible.

Oh Etsy I really like you.

I ordered a PDF from the silhouetteshop that includes the following items:

Pilgrim bonnet and hat
Pilgrim collars (2)
Native American headdress
Turkey wattle
Turkey leg
Pumpkin Pie
Thanksgiving garland

I will set up a “photo booth” using these props.  Come on.  That is fun and the photos will be so very memorable!

I have also made an “I am thankful for __________” tree.

I have done these in years past but  I found new tags over at

So adorable and free!

These photos are from the site:

I will post photos of my tree and maybe some of my family using the props once Thanksgiving is over.

I really enjoy taking the extra time (and I have the time so I am fortunate) to make events a little more special.

Today I am grateful evermore for:

family memories soon to be made
